Hi there! I’m Misty. I’m a devoted girlfriend to a wonderful man named Michael, and mama to both a baby girl named Brynn, and a fur ball we call Oatmeal. We live in Guelph, Ontario, Canada – about an hour North of Toronto. I make and sell headbands for females of all ages, blog {about our daily life, baby products & reviews, recipes, and crafts}, and I’m obsessed with Instagram and a tall glass of pink lemonade! I’m big on family, love animals, and would do anything to help a friend in need. You can follow my family and I on my blog at www.usandhim.com :)

There’s nothing cuter than a cloth diaper bum. In fact, if you’re anything like me, you love your cloth diapers so much that you almost hate to cover them up. With baby leggings you don’t have to and that is the number one reason why I love them so much! Even if you don’t use cloth diapers, it makes diaper changes SUCH a breeze.

I had purchased a few pairs of another brand of leggings in newborn size for Brynn when she was first born. I liked them because it really made diaper changing quick. No taking down pants or tights, worrying about socks coming off, etc.! The problem with them for me was that they were thin, and they tended to roll. I was constantly adjusting them on a baby who didn’t crawl or walk yet… a baby who barely even wiggled!

When I got my hands on some of the Baby Leggings brand I immediately noticed how much thicker they are in comparison. They are warmer and the knit is a good quality and quite strong. I never have to worry about whether Brynn’s legs are warm enough when she is wearing them. I also love how soft they are. Since they’re worn against her skin, it was important to me that they be soft (as it is with all clothes that will be touching her skin), and that’s not a problem with these at all.

brynn2She’s gotten a lot more wiggly as she has gotten older and after our first experience with the other brand that made me think that leg warmers would be impossible for her now. However these ones stay up really well and they don’t cut into her chunky thighs! They leave a normal “sock like” impression on her skin that goes away very quickly (I say “sock like” because it looks exactly like the marks you have on your ankles when you take your socks off)!

The only downside to the leggings that I have found is that Brynn is just a tad too short for them. They are one size, and she is only in the 25th percentile for her height and weight, so they don’t quite fit her perfectly lengthwise yet. Though she will definitely be able to grow into them, and they will fit her for a long time to come, just like her cloth diapers I have already started matching them with!

Overall I’m a big fan of these leggings and I would recommend them to anyone, whether you cloth diaper or not. I can’t wait to watch her crawl around in them and know that she won’t be getting her knees rug burned or dirty!
